- Q. How many stories will I receive each month?
- A. Each collection is one (1) story a month.
- Q. Which countries do you post to?
- A. We post the letters to all countries that have a mail service.
- Q. How much is postage?
- A. Postage is included in the price, for all countries.
- Q. Can I pay in my currency?
- A. Yes, just scroll down to the bottom and change the currency selector.
- Q. When do you post the letters?
- A. We post your first letter straight away, then one letter a month according to this schedule: LM Montgomery Collection - 1st of each month. Louisa May Alcott Collection - 15th of each month.
- Q. What if I haven’t received my latest letter?
- A. We post from Australia so please allow enough time for your letter to arrive if you are in another country. If after this time, please send us a message (mail@thestoryletters.com) and we will get another one out to you as soon as possible. Also, due to Covid, most postal services are a bit delayed, so please allow some extra time for mail to arrive.
- Q. Can I join at any time of the year?
- A. Yes, we will start your subscription with the first letter in the collection that you have chosen, and will send out a letter each month for a whole year.
- Q. Can I order a subscription as a gift for someone?
- A. Yes you can, add their name and address in the "Who are we sending the letters to:" section on the checkout page.
- Q. What if I move house?
- A. Simply send us an email (mail@thestoryletters.com) and we will update the address in our database.
